Hammer & Heart is a 501c3 organization that provides urgent home repairs to neighbors of the Swannanoa Valley who are financially unable to maintain their home in a safe or livable condition. Since the first year we began operation, Hammer & Heart has been carried in the hearts of Black Mountain.
